Learning modules produce real-time progress reports, this feature ensures the operator and the assigned overseers immediate feedback on what was learnt and how to review and improve the areas that require additional work, we are here to help your team succeed.  Course lengths are determined by current skill levels, so each individual will progress at their own pace. The learning management system also serves as a prerequisite to cross training; an electronic record of all course completions, percentages and times are recorded in a department of defense server environment that is dual backed to ensure a secure record keeping database, which is accessible anytime from anywhere.
